Who are we?

When we relocated to Texas in 2015, we faced a heartbreaking problem: we couldn’t find anyone we trusted to bring our beloved dog, Snowball, safely home to us.

Every transporter we contacted either didn’t call us back, took days to respond, or made us feel uneasy with their lack of professionalism and customer care. It was stressful and discouraging. In the end, we had to leave Snowball with our son, feeling helpless and anxious, until we could figure out something better.

Determined to bring Snowball home the right way, I took matters into my own hands. I dove into research, read every regulation, and mapped out what a safe, caring, and smooth pet relocation should look like—not just for us, but for any pet parent.

That journey was the birth of RockStar Pets. Today, we treat every animal as if they’re our own and every move as if it’s for our own family—because we know what it feels like to worry and wait.
